Home sales projected to increase as prices level OCRegister U.S. home sales will rise 9 percent in 2015 as home prices continue to level off, CoreLogic reported in a recent housing outlook. The Irvine-based housing data firm projected sales will reach 5.8 million transactions this year, up from 5.3 million in 2014.
