Home invaders tie up victim, torch house The News Journal A man was forced into his Dover home by three would-be robbers who tied him up and set fire to the house, city police said. Police responded shortly after 7 p.m. Friday to a report of a house fire in the 400 block of E. Water St., Lt. Daniel McKeown said.
